Digitizing and automating the mass creation of HR documents

Our challenges were:
Decathlon's HR teams turned to the Digital Transformation Department of web agency Elyos Digital to find a digital, automated solution that would enable them to optimize the time spent on a repetitive, time-consuming task.
Each employee is required to produce a reference document of over 20 pages, drawing on the same type of data.
The aim of this challenge was to develop an automated tool to generate PDF files en masse from a database provided by the Décathlon team.
Using the Laravel framework, we developed a customized digital tool that retrieves more than 50 pieces of data relating to over 500 employees. This data is automatically and instantaneously processed to generate 500 unique PDF files, in line with the presentation charter provided by the customer.
The digital product developed by web agency Elyos digital saved the Décathlon team a significant amount of time.
For the past two years, the tailor-made digital platform has been the working tool of the Decathlon Tunisia HR team.
This digital transformation of a manual, repetitive process has provided Decathlon teams with undeniable added value: time savings, process simplification, precision and efficiency.
